Who are your services for?
Our services are for commercial and industrial customers that own, operate, or manage cranes, hoists, lifting equipment, or heavy equipment. We do not provide consumer or residential services.
What should I include in a request?
Tell us the type of equipment, where it is located, what you need done, and any known problems. If you have them, include the manufacturer, model, and nameplate information. For fabrication or machining, drawings, sketches, quantities, and timing help us quote.
How do I get a quote?
Send a request using the form on this page, by email, or by phone. We review your details, may follow up to confirm information, and then prepare a quote or estimate that sets out the scope. Estimates are not fixed prices unless the quote says so.
How are services paid for?
Payment is invoice-based. Where applicable, a quote may call for a deposit or milestone payments. Payment terms are stated in your quote or on your invoice. See our Terms of Service for details.
What should I do if I think equipment is unsafe?
Stop using it and take it out of service until it can be evaluated. Then contact us to arrange an evaluation.
Do you sell or share my information?
We never sell your information. We use what you send only to respond to you, prepare quotes, coordinate inspections and services, communicate about projects, and provide requested services. See our Privacy Policy.
